Seems to me that this feat is unavailable to Palemaster levels for some reason. I was unable to take this feat as a Palemaster (PM level 5, total character level 9). I canceled the level and instead took a Wizard level, and it appeared in my available feats list. I was Cleric 1/PM 4/Wizard 3 and choosing my 9th level.

Can someone confirm this?

I haven't checked this in-game, but according to the Pale Master article, the only Pale Master "Selectable Class Feats" are Ambidexterity and Deflect Arrows. That means that other than those two feats, a Pale Master cannot select any of the feats that have the custom content note "A custom class must have this feat in their feat list, or that class will not be able to select it as a general feat." (I was going to make that more understandable at one point. I should get back to that some day.) --The Krit 00:49, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
