• Just wondering about the "considered prone" part of this definition. The definition of "prone" includes an enemy getting +4 to hit (melee) and a -4 to hit (ranged) because the victim is lying down. I would think that the -4 part at least does not apply to someone standing. Can anyone confirm that the +4/-4 applies to being stunned? If not, maybe say "considered flat-footed" instead?
