That last note sounds a little confusing to me. Does "Friendly" mean those in your party? Or does it mean neutral (blue) characters, because AFAIK they are never harmed by any spell?

I just tested the spell, and it stuns and blinds your party and even yourself if you walk into it. The in-game description of the spell says it effects enemies, which implies enemies only, which is wrong. Perhaps that last note should say that contrary to the in-game description the spell effects you and your party as well as enemies in the area of effect. Or something like that? Anyone else have any thoughts?
