Quasi-elemental

A quasi-elemental is an inhabitant of the inner planes formed where one of the pure elemental planes meets an energy plane.

• Steam Elementals dwell where Water meets Positive.
• Mineral Elementals dwell where Earth meets Positive.
• Radiance Elementals dwell where Fire meets Positive.
• Lightning Elementals dwell where Air meets Positive.

• Salt Elementals dwell where Water meets Negative.
• Dust Elementals dwell where Earth meets Negative.
• Ash Elementals dwell where Fire meets Negative.
• Vacuum Elementals dwell where Air meets Negative.

• Only true inhabitants of these planes are quasi-elementals.
• Imps and mephits are formed by drawing substances from these quasi-elemental planes, but are not themselves quasi-elementals.
