Type of feat: (epic) general

Prerequisite: epic shifter, wisdom 25

Specifics: The character can assume different outsider shapes 3x/day: azer chieftain, rakshasa, or death slaad.

Use: Selected. After choosing the ability, the character must select the type of outsider to change into.

• Requires Hordes of the Underdark.
• This feat does not actually require one to be an epic shifter but can be taken on a shifter level as long as the character has the Greater Wildshape IV feat.
• This form of shapeshifting cannot be dispelled.

• Rakshasa shape: Can cast ice storm, Mestil's acid breath and dispel magic unlimited times per day.
  • A shifter with empower spell or maximize spell can memorize the metamagicked ice storm and Mestil's acid breath (if multiclassed with wizard or sorcerer) spell(s) and use the rakshasa form to cast the metamagicked spells at will.
  • Like an NPC rakshasa, a shifter is vulnerable to blessed crossbow bolts with the on-hit: slay rakshasa ability.
  • Damage reduction: 15/+5
  • Immunity to level 8 spells and lower.
  • Skill bonuses: +15 spellcraft, +11 move silently, +10 hide, +10 spot, +5 discipline
  • Bonus feats: dodge, knockdown, true seeing
  • Universal save +2
  • Merges weapons, items, and armor.
  • Weapon: rakshasa staff +5, 1d10 fire damage
• Death slaad shape: Is size large (-1 AB, -1 AC, -4 Hide).
  • It has the chaos spittle ability, a ranged touch attack that deals ((shifter levels / 3) + 2)d4 magical damage.
  • Regeneration +5
  • Immunity to fear.
  • Damage reduction 10/+5
  • Damage resistance: acid/10, cold/10, electricity/10, fire/10, sonic/10
  • Bonus feats: cleave, power attack
  • Merges armor only.
• Azer shape: Can cast burning hands as a spell-like ability unlimited times per day.
  • Can also have a special fire stream ability that, on a successful ranged touch attack, does fire damage of (wisdom modifier + d4 per 3 shifter levels), reflex save DC 15 + (shifter level / 2) for half.
  • Spell resistance 12
  • Immunity increased: fire 100%
  • Immunity decreased: cold 50%
  • Weapon: azer flaming waraxe +5 (really a dwarven waraxe) 2d4 fire damage
  • Bonus feats: cleave, knockdown, power attack
  • Merges weapons, items, and armor.
