No combat damage

The no combat damage item property causes a weapon to inflict no base damage (no dice are rolled) when it is used in combat. Extra damage from other properties and from strength is still applied. Furthermore, the NWN game engine causes every successful attack to inflict at least one point of physical damage, and this property does not bypass this minimum.
