Mighty Rage

Type of feat: (epic) general

Prerequisite: 21st level, strength 21+, constitution 21+ and greater rage.

Specifics: When the character rages, they gain +8 to strength and constitution and a +4 morale bonus to will saves. These bonuses replace the normal rage bonuses.

Use: combat mode.

[edit] Notes

  • Requires Hordes of the Underdark.
  • Can only be selected when leveling as a barbarian.
  • The prerequisite feat for mighty rage is the one that gives a barbarian the ability to rage six times per day (at level 20). This is the feat called simply "greater rage". The earlier greater rage feats are named differently: "greater rage (4x per day)" and "greater rage (5x per day)".
  • Mighty rage does not replace greater rage; it is a separate ability that can be activated three times per day.
  • Unlike normal rage, mighty rage does not give an armor class penalty.
  • Ability bonuses are capped at +12, so if you already gain bonuses from items, spells or potions, you might not gain the full ability bonuses from mighty rage.

[edit] Custom content notes

  • A custom class must have this feat in their feat list, or that class will not be able to select it as a general feat.
