Haste

Hasted creatures gain a 50% bonus to their movement rate, a +4 dodge bonus to armor class and an additional attack at full base attack bonus every round. While hasted, all spellcasting times are cut in half. This effect is countered by the slow effect.

There are several ways in which a character can become hasted:

• being the recipient of a haste or a mass haste spell,
• having the blinding speed feat,
• wearing or wielding an item that has the haste item property.
