Exotic weapon

An exotic weapon is any unusual weapon which requires specialist skills to wield (see Exotic Weapon Proficiency).

• Some weapons which require the exotic feat to use, are listed under categories that better reflect their function:
  • Bastard swords and katanas are listed under bladed weapons.
  • Dire maces, two-bladed swords and double axes are listed under double-sided weapons.
  • Dwarven waraxes are listed under axes.
