Initial effect: Lowers dexterity by 1 to 6 (1d6).
Secondary effect: Lowers dexterity by 2 to 8 (2d4).
Save DC: 13
Handle DC: 10

Ettercap venom is resisted upon contraction if the target makes a successful fortitude saving throw. If the save fails, the initial effect is applied, and one minute later a second saving throw is attempted to avoid the secondary effect.
