Arcane spells with no somatic component

These arcane spells do not have a somatic component, so they can be cast while wearing full armor and shield, ignoring the chance of arcane spell failure due to armor penalties. Note that the epic spells also can be cast in armor without chance of spell failure, although technically they have a somatic component. The still spell and automatic still spell feats can also be used to avoid chance of arcane spell failure.
