Prerequisite: 21st level

Specifics: The character gains +20 hit points. This feat may be taken multiple times, up to a maximum of 200 hit points.

• Requires Hordes of the Underdark.
• Unless you're planning on taking Epic Toughness and Great Constitution, it may be better to ignore this feat. Epic Tougness 2 grants 40 HP while Great Constitution 2 grants 40 HP at lvl 40 (+2 CON reflects a +1 mod), with increased Fortitude Save. On the other hand, Epic Toughness is available as an epic bonus feat for many classes, but Great Constitution is not a bonus feat for any class.
